Micah's training programs have gained notoriety for their pragmatic approach, placing a strong emphasis on real-world scenarios and fostering the development of decision-making skills under pressure. Law Enforcement Special Weapons & Tactics (SWAT)

Kyle has been a police officer for 8 years and has been assigned to his agency’s SWAT team for the past 5 years. He is currently a SWAT Team Leader and Sniper as well as a Lead Firearms and Tactics Instructor at his agency. Kyle believes in bringing relevant and valuable training to all LE Agencies regardless of size. He believes that LEOs are in need of further training and funding not less. He has created dynamic, realistic scenario-based training for his agency and wants to bring that model to others

Law Enforcement Special Weapons & Tactics (SWAT)

Tyson is a 20 plus year law enforcement officer, serving in three different states, including both rural and urban settings. He has experience working in patrol, traffic, training, various investigations units, and SWAT. He is an agency instructor in tactics, firearms, and driving. Tyson is currently assigned as a team leader on his agency’s SWAT team where he has served for the last eight years. Tyson is passionate about training in both public and private sectors, with the premise that preparation through education is less costly than learning through tragedy.

Ben has been in the United States Army for 10 years, 9 in Special Operations Forces.  He is currently a Ranger Assessment and Selection Program Non Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC). Ben’s exposure to various units, leadership methodologies, and his own experience has allowed him to create effective, top tier teams.  He believes in combining difficult, dynamic, complex scenarios with appropriate behavior modification methodologies in order to create, motivate, and develop top tier talent and teams.

Tran has a diverse background in law enforcement and competitive shooting. With experience ranging from public school security to serving as a Detentions Deputy Sheriff, Tran is currently active as a Patrol Officer. Certified as an NRA and CO POST Instructor, Tran applies a wealth of tactical knowledge to real-world situations. Tran’s training includes Achilles Heel Tactics, Presscheck Consulting, Fieldcraft Survival, and Osprey Shooting Solutions, providing a solid foundation in tactical and competitive shooting disciplines. As a shooter and enthusiast since the age of 16, Tran focuses on blending practical shooting skills with tactical and self-defense applications, ensuring a comprehensive and realistic training experience.

Today, Bryce leverages his diverse background to deliver top-tier performance shooting training and civilian self-defense instruction. His approach emphasizes real-world applicability and tactical proficiency, ensuring that students benefit from his extensive military and unique civilian experiences. Bryce's commitment to excellence and his distinctive blend of skills make him an invaluable asset to our training team.

Her journey began with a deep passion for self-defense and protecting her loved ones, she now dedicates herself to passing on her expertise to others. Whether competing on the range or instructing newcomers, Brennah is passionate about empowering individuals through her comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience.
